2. For Associate Professor

Requirements
# 10 written academic books on a particular discipline.
# Alease Contributed 15 Theological Articles to any theological journal.
# Academic Excellent
# A well rich Resume
# 10 years Academic experience

3. For Full Professor

Requirements
# 20 or more written academic books on a particular discipline.
# Alease Contributed 20 Theological Articles to any theological journal.
